How to trust God with Financial Issues

How to trust God with Financial Issues

Money issues tend to cause more than just stress. It can also lead to physical problems. Allow me the opportunity to share with you how to trust God during financial difficulty.

Instructions

    1

I know that you are probably struggling more now than you have in a while. It may seem as if the Lord has forgotten about you, but you must remember, He will never leave or forsake you. One of the first things that you need to do about financial difficulties is to pray about it. Do not be shy, tell God all of the details.

    2

Once you have prayed about the situation(s), then you must do your part which is to walk in the instruction of the word. One of the first things to check is to see if you are consistently tithing. That's 10% of your earnings go to God and He will bless the 90% left. Try it and God will respond. Malachi 3: 8-12.

    3

Contact your bill collectors and trust God to give you favor whereby they will negotiate a lower payment so that you can get back on your feet. Remember, God controls everything and everybody. Why not ask Him to give you favor with the very people that you owe.

    4

Ask God to help you to keep your promises to your bill collectors. And if you find out that you cannot, ask the Lord to give you strength to call them and renegotiate. Always operate in integrity.

    5

Trust God to the point that you believe He will open opportunities for you to gain additional income through your business, other people, bonuses, etc.. The bible says we have not because we ask not.

    6

Finally, whenever you start feeling depressed you must look to the hills from which comes your help. Your help indeed comes from the Lord. Trust means to have confidence in God's ability. Trust that he will remove the emotional stress from your mind and replace it with praise and confidence in His ability to meet your every need.
