Many people are being eaten alive by the credit monster. In this day and age many people are putting things on credit with credit. Well aren't you tired of this credit monster eating away at you everyday? I am so why don't we all decide to eat the monster.

Instructions

    1

One of the things you can do to raise your credit score is Pay off your credit cards and lines of credit. One of the fastest ways to boost your score is by lowering your debt utilization ratio.

    2

Get a copy of your credit report and make sure there aren't any discrepancies. If there are discrepancies on your credit report you can dispute the discrepancies and have them removed. By the way collections are the fastest way to drop your score so make sure you do everything you can to prevent a collection agency from reporting your score to the credit reporting agencies. One collection mark on your report can drop your score more than 100 points in some cases. If you have collection reported on your credit report call the agency and negotiate a payoff if in return they will remove the inquiry off your credit report. Make sure you get an agreement to remove the inquiry in writing.

    3

Another thing you can do is convince a creditor to add an account of yours that's in good standing. Not all creditor report to the same agency. If you do dispute an item don't dispute everything at once. When you try to dispute to many items at once that sends a red flag and the dispute agency may not investigate your case at all.

You can also make very small purchases on your credit card and pay it off each month. You can also have your credit card set up to pay a small bill each month and then you just set up and automatic payment through your bank to pay the card balance each month. Try not to use more than 30% of the limits you have on credit cards.
