How to Cancel Experian Triple Advantage Credit Monitoring

The credit bureau Experian provides Triple Advantage, a credit monitoring service, to consumers for a monthly fee. Triple Advantages monitors your credit report for changes and, should a change occur, notifies you of the change via email. Triple Advantage also provides you with the ability to review your Experian credit report online any time you choose. Monthly credit monitoring, however, isn't for everyone. If you find that you no longer need the protection offered by Triple Advantage, you may cancel the service.

Instructions

    1

Call Experian's Triple Advantage customer support line at 888-829-6560.

    2

Provide the customer service representative with your name, birthdate and Social Security number. This allows her to verify your identity and locate the correct account.

    3

Ask the customer service representative to cancel your membership in Triple Advantage.

    4

Ask for a confirmation code verifying that your account has, in fact, been canceled.
