How to Find the Record of My Visa Number

Requesting a record of all activity associated with your Visa card can help you to stay on top of your credit card usage. Your Visa card is managed by an approved issuer, such as your bank, and that organization maintains and provides a record of card usage. By contacting the card issuer, and providing the necessary information, you can receive a detailed record of your Visa number.

Instructions

    1

Call the issuer of the Visa card you wish to receive a record of. The phone number can be found on the back of your Visa card, or by looking at the card provider phone listing on the Visa website. See "Resources."

    2

Provide all requested information to the customer service agent to confirm your identity and card number. This information may include your name, social security number, date of birth, current address, and Visa card number.

    3

Inform the agent that you wish to receive a record of activity on your card. The agent will confirm all necessary information with you and mail you the requested records.
