How to Add to My Norton Identity Safe

Norton Identity Safe is an online product offered by the Symantec Corp. to help consumers combat identity theft. Once you have your Identity Safe profile created, you can use it to securely auto-fill Web forms that have been pre-screened to prevent the accidental entry of private information into phishing websites or other identity-theft scams. You can maintain a full list of your credit and debit cards in this program. If you get a new card, it's easy to manually add it to your Norton Identity Safe.

Start up the Norton Identity Safe program.

Click "Cards."

Click "Add Card."

Click the "General" tab and fill in all information, including the name of the card and personal information about the person who owns the card, including name, gender and date of birth.

Click the "Contact" tab and enter contact information for the cardholder.

Click the "Credit Card" tab and select the type of card. Enter the card information, including expiration date and security code.

Click "Save."

Click "Close."
