How to Fill Out an Indiana Weekly Unemployment Voucher

After qualifying for unemployment in Indiana, you will receive weekly unemployment vouchers for benefits certification. The vouchers must be completed for each week that you remain unemployed. Submitting your weekly unemployment voucher is how you obtain your weekly unemployment benefits check. Indiana Workforce Development processes all unemployment vouchers in the state. Processing may take up to 10 days.

Log onto the Claimant Self-Service page of the Indiana Workforce Development website to access your weekly voucher online, or use the paper voucher that you receive by mail from Indiana Workforce Development.

Access the weekly voucher online by clicking on "File Weekly/Reactivate Claim" once you are logged into your account.

Select "Yes" or "No" for the 10 questions on the voucher. The questions ask about your work search efforts for the week. Once done, submit the voucher online or mail the paper voucher to Indiana Workforce Development using the provided envelope.
